PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices of all our products which are listed on our website include VAT at the current rate of 20% and delivery within the United Kingdom and Europe.
From time to time there may be price changes. We reserve the right to make any such changes without prior notification, however, if there are any price changes, such changes will not affect orders already placed prior to the price changes.
Title to the products will pass to you when the products have been delivered to you or to a third party person or address as nominated by you in the Check Out section on our website providing that we have received full payment for the products. If full payment has not been received, we reserve the right to cancel the Contract between us.
By entering into this Contract between us, you agree that we may be obliged to share certain information about you for the delivery of your order with such entities as our couriers or customs.
Currently, we offer free delivery on all standard orders but this may change and is so, any such changes will be made clear on the website.

Neither of us shall have any remedy in respect of an untrue statement made by the other, whether orally or in writing prior to the date of the Contract and the other party’s only remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these terms and conditions.
The headings in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. These terms and conditions operate to the fullest extent permissible by law.
If any provision in these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from these terms and conditions and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

JURISDICTION
Contracts for the purchase of products through our Site will be governed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
